I provide team consulting and development using the following approaches:

We will use the MBTI, Clifton StrengthsFinder, or IPSAT assessment to understand and enhance your team’s communication and interactions. Team members will gain greater empathy for teamwork tensions and learn practical tips to boost team performance.

  • Teamwork Intervention: If you are troubled with difficult team dynamics, you are ready to hit the rest button. Through a thorough assessment process, we will identify and address the root challenges and provide you with the strategies and tools to support a thriving team.
