At the start of our work together, we design a custom Coaching Progress Indicator built around your specific goals.

This is a tailored set of leadership dimensions based on what we identify together as the areas that matter most to your growth.

You'll rate yourself at 2-3 points during our engagement so you can see exactly where you started, how you've grown, and where to focus next.

Custom Resources, designed for your growth

Coaching doesn't end when the session does. Between our meetings, you'll receive tailored resources designed specifically for your development.

The real work of coaching often happens between sessions — in the conversations you have, the decisions you make, and the habits you build. The resources I create are designed to support that work, one real-world application at a time.

For leaders who want peer connection alongside expert guidance, I offer a small group coaching experience.

Coaching Labs combine the depth of coaching with the power of peer learning. In a small group of growth-minded leaders, you'll work through real challenges, practice new skills, and gain perspectives you can't get on your own.
