About Dr. Bethany Peters

After more than 20 years spanning roles in higher education and leadership development, I founded The Leadership Coaching Lab to do the work I love most — helping leaders and teams turn insight into lasting action. I'm a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and hold a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership.

I'm certified across multiple assessment frameworks, which means I can layer the right tools together to give individuals and teams a fuller, more nuanced picture of how they work and how they can work better.
